Acorn entrusted Proactive Networks with the supply, installation and ongoing support of advanced power backup across Acorn Management Services. Proactive Networks has supplied and currently supports 5× 30kVA, 8× 25kVA and 3× 13kVA UPS, alongside several 2kVA power backups, sized to carry the priority building loads that residents depend on.

Residents experience continuity across the shared services that define the accommodation, with essential systems carried through grid interruptions rather than dropping with the mains. The installed UPS estate is supported on an ongoing basis, so its capacity to carry those loads is known and maintained.
